you can make and authorise regular fixedpayments between your accounts or two other financial institutionswithin australia or overseas. these can be useful for things like wages and paying suppliers. to set up a periodic payment, sign intobusiness online banking. log into business online banking viathe business tab. enter your customer id and password. make sure your business profile isselected. you should be able to view youraccounts. select the banking tab.
select the periodic payments tab on theleft of your screen. select the account you want to make your payment from. enter a description for example rent. select who you would like to pay.if it's a new account, enter the bsb and account number.enter the amount you want to transfer. choose a payment frequency. for example monthly, weekly or fortnightly. select the start and end date.once you've set up the payment. click on schedule payment.
you'll now be presented with aconfirmation screen. if the details are correct click yes.you'll now be taken to the pending list screen. where you can view your periodic payment.you can remove a payment or sign a payment if the account needsauthorisation from a full access user. you can also submit the payment or un-sign the payment.the status code for each of the payments. are listed below.if you require more clarification click on the status code meaning link.you can also approve periodic payments
